She created The Summer Program to sprinkle a little of that magic into your fitness journey, preparing you for a summer where you're not just looking your best, but feeling it too.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

QUICK, HOME WORKOUTS

We know your schedule is busy, so all daily workouts in The Summer Program are 30 minutes or less and can be done from anywhere.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

All 8 weeks of The Summer Program have 3-5 workouts depending on which track you choose as well as built-in rest days.

GUIDED CLASSES

Your trainer Lindsay Arnold guides you through each workout. You are in this together as she works out with you, motivating you along the way!
